BROWN'S POOLS RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Customer Notice Regarding Covid 19 Safety Precautions

First and foremost, we are concerned with the health and safety of our employees and customers. For your protection and ours, all our employees will be wearing sanitary gloves when handling your in-store transactions or using hand sanitizer following. Hand sanitizer and gloves are available for you if you would like. In addition, we will only allow six customers to enter our stores at a time, while still observing social distancing.

If you prefer not to enter the store, simply leave your water test bottle at the entrance. Make sure your account and phone numbers are on the bottle. You are welcome to come inside as we are constantly cleaning touch points per CDC instructions! Our sales associate will test your water while you wait in your vehicle and will call you when the test is complete. We will be glad to pull the agreed upon products and bring to your vehicle. Payment can be made by credit card with a phone text request or we can take your card inside and swipe.
