Pool & Hot Tub Store in Carrollton, GA
I started my Pool journey July 11th 2025 making a decision to go and have my water tested. I went Brown’s Pool of Carrollton Ga. I walked in not knowing what to expect but was greeted by a professional group of people. Immediately was assisted by Caleb. He’s very mild but knowledgeable! My first test, needed more focus on protection. I did exactly what was suggested and now every Friday I go in and get my water tested. My pool is at it’s best since I’ve been a pool owner 2020. I recommend Brown’s pool for all your needs!
I’ve been a regular customer at Brown’s Pools in Carrollton for the past seven years, visiting monthly for help with my water chemistry—and I can honestly say they’ve been nothing short of fantastic. The staff is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Melissa, the manager, deserves a special shoutout for her friendly demeanor and expert advice. There’s also a young man on staff—he’s a psychology major whose name I can’t recall—but he’s incredibly sharp and has gone out of his way to help me more than once. Thanks to their product recommendations and guidance, I now use fewer chemicals and make fewer adjustments to my water overall, which has saved me both time and money. I highly recommend Brown’s Pools in Carrollton to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and knowledgeable service when it comes to spa and pool care.
