Pool & Hot Tub Store in Douglasville, GA
BROWNS Pool came out and installed a new motor for us. We are just learning how to care for the pool after just getting this home. Chad was our tech and was awesome. Thankyou Browns pool in Newnan for being so nice and helpful.
Brown’s pool did a beautiful job on my inground pool. Vince and his crew were always friendly and very helpful with any concerns or questions we had. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to have an inground pool talk to Vince at Brown’s Pool first.
We had our pool done by Browns, which started the process end of February 2025 and couldn't be any happier with how well it turned out. Tim was our go to guy out of the Dallas office and he was AMAZING. The crew worked hard day in and day out. Respectful and always came with a smile. We even hired one to place our sod after. We went with a salt water system and it did NOT disappoint over the summer. Well worth the extra upfront cost. We hardly had to add any products all summer. 5 stars and more for Browns and the crew.....
As first-time pool owners, we were excited to see the process from beginning to end. Vince, our project manager, was great with the planning process by giving us advice and options on what to look for in a pool. He was patient and very knowledgeable in what would work with our particular landscape. Vince definitely helped in seeing what we could only imagine! The crew, Fernando and his team, were great each day they worked. If I had a question, they answered. Once they were finished for each workday, they cleaned up and discarded any debris or trash. I truly recommend Brown's Pool in Douglasville. Ask for Vince!
This is my second go around having a pool built and I’m so glad I chose Brown’s this time. These folks are fantastic! From Vince leading the project, Dale making sure the deck is right, John running electrical, Priscilla running the office, and Anthony at Dallas location giving you guidance on pool chemistry, it’s a class act. All good humans and great work product on our new pool. From start to punch out, the communication was great and the work product was perfection. Look, when a project requires digging a giant hole in your back yard, issues are going to come up. Vince and his team were in constant communication and made me feel at ease as they got the job done. If you want an average pool build, then use someone else. If you want the best, choose Brown’s.
Did a great job on the liner replacement and Fran was easy to work with getting everything scheduled around other projects and the weather.
