History and Accomplishments Brown's Pools & Spas has been in business in the Atlanta area since 1974. During that time we have worked hard to develop and maintain top quality relationships with our customers. We have overseen the installation of over 2000 vinyl liner in ground swimming pools and expanded our retail locations to better serve pool and spa owners.   We've also added a full line of associated funtime products to our retail locations to meet the expanded needs of customers who value the concept of family entertaining at home.
